A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that from 01 October until 15 December, the reception is open from 08:00 to 20:00 and check-in is possible from 15:00 to 20:00. During that time, room service and night porter service are not available and certain services like a la cart restaurant and massage are only available upon pre-order.
