: Booking.com did try to help but again host un responsive
: No loo roll even let alone anything else. Property host non responsive throughout the stay as there was no wi-if either. Bathroom door did not close. Host only sent automated e-mails from Friday morning onwards saying they were closed at the weekend. The reality was they never appeared to be open at all. Would deter anyone from staying here as there is much better on offer.

: 1. Placed in a few second from the city center and the lake 2. 400 meters to the lift 3. Good skiing 4. Easy to reach nearest regions of skiing. 5. Appartment is quite new and modern. Free parking slot in basement.
: Everything starts when you book this apartment. You see the price and think: "WOW! I am lucky guy!" The price (approx. 750 euro/week) is more than good. You fill all fields and press "yes"... and get a new price 950/week... They forgot to say about services you can't cancel. You think - ok, price is quite good yet! But when you come you get a quest "Find the key in a new city". I got a car and spend just a 1 hour to find the info and drive 6 km to their office, but can't imagine what other people do if come by train. In the apartment only one shower for 6 persons. While you live here you find a lot of messages in different places which say opposite things. Don't follow them at all! And last one. Don't say when you leave. I said I get out at 8 a.m. and at 7.50 they start knocking in the door and hurrying me up. Nice point for this story.
