  : Fantastic location - close to cable car and bars and restaurants.Food excellent. Rooms spacious and beds extremely comfortable.

  : It is really close to the lifts and the main shuttle station. On the other hand having a parking place is another plus. Breakfast was comprehensive enough, full of fresh products and delicious.
  : I expected more guidance from the hotel. In our case, it was high season period due to school break in Austria and neighbor countries. However we werent aware about that and we wanted to take ski/board lessons. But due to high season we couldnt find an instructor in first two days. If we were informed by the hotel we would make a reservation for lessons in advance.

  : Excellent location in Zell centre next to skibus (to Kaprun, Saalbach) and nearest lifts. Room was comfortable and had enough space. Even though there were several bars next door our room upstairs in the other side had no noise. Lockers for skigear were functional although they would have not fit two snowboards. Pool area and sauna were great for relaxing and the nudity culture was no problem for us. Breakfast buffet was excellent in quantity and quality. Ticket service worked w/o problem.
  : There was a slight problem with service at the breakfast. Since we had not booked breakfast prior to arrival on the first two days we had a temporary table (we were told every guest group had their own table). The third morning our own table was assigned. On the fourth day we went to the same table, but during the meal one of the waitresses came scolding at us that we had went to the wrong one, every group had their own table and we should have asked first, even though there was no one guiding as when we came and there were no room numbers etc. on the table. I noted that this was the table we were assigned the day prior to no avail. The waitress also pointed to the other group that we had gone in the wrong table, which felt unappropriate especially when the restaurant was half empty. Apparently they had booked our table again to some other people. It felt like we were unpolitely blamed for problems in their own stiff processes. The last morning we had a round table that was quite small four our goup of four guys even though the restaurant still had room. Room was a bit hot due to heating in bathroom and high floor. Ventilation ok with window and balcony door.

  : Would have been good if the spa facilities (sauna etc) were open all day
