  : Great location, near town centre and many great restaurants. Spacious rooms and great sauna. Great room heating in winter, great shower. Equipped with most home essential appliances. Thank you specially to staff Lena, she came by on my request to open basement laundry facility as we had problem access.
  : Didnt have salt, pepper, sugar, oil for simple meal preparation during the stay.

  : Nice new furniture. Excellent locaton both for skiers (cca 150m from City Express Ski-Lift, even less central skibus station) and for Town visit(quite few steps to the pedestrian zone), quiet, clean, comfortable. Good ski-storage. Sauna nice. Kind hosts.
  : I was in apartment named "superior" and the price was high (ok, also because the christmas holidays which I understand and there is sauna too). But in an "superior" and still pricy apartment I wouldn't expect to be so exposed on the street. It is on the ground floor. The feeling of privacy is not very good. We had the dark curtains on windows also during the day sometimes. There could be also more dishes and kitchen untesiels, some better knife. My rate is 8, bit in direction of 9. No way 7.

  : Lovely apartment with great facilities really close to ski shops, restaurants and City Express ski lift.Staff were very helpful and we were able to get early check in and late check out which made our stay even better.

  : Comfortable matrise, very close to everything, ski lift a few minutes walk, ski rentals nearby, restaurants, stores and so on.Ski celller is great. It is heated, even heated boots support to dry your boots over night. Equipped with basic stuff you would mostly need.
  : Right after we entered the room, we were welcomed by a strong onion smell, and the bathroom still smelled of "poo" from the last guests, so windows weren't opened(or enough opened) in-between the last guests and us.Also, the floors weren't cleaned at all, still had dirt, hair and so on on it. Table and chairs were covered in bread crumbs and stuff from what the last guests ate before leaving.Kitchen was not cleaned at all, having lots of stains of oil + champagne (I think) all over the cabinet doors and oil underneath the top cabinet from the cooking.Microwave had stains and was cleaned in a hurry.Cutlery was dirty in the cabinet, also 2 pans were still have covered in oil, so used and thrown away in the cabinet.The bed sheets had a hole in it. Pillows are very uncomfortable, but so are all the German / Austrian pillows. It's a standard. So can't complain too much.The bed was clean and fresh though. Bathroom looked clean.But we cleaned everything quickly ourselves once again, because it was late in the evening when we came, we did not trust the cleaning lady would do things better and we did not want wait hours for this to happen. We informed the administration of the Hotel about what happened and they are aware of what happened. Wanted to inform the others that will stay of what happened and I hope things like these won't happen, after I have made them aware of the bad stuff, not only about the good ones.
