  : Food was left to stay next to door on the floor. There was no chairs to sit at the balcony. Staff at spa wasnt nice. Keys you must pick up in one place and drive to another, same to give back .

  : Very small for 6 people and the roof in the 3rd floor was taking big space of the apartment. Only one bathroom to serve 3 bedrooms which is very bad. No housekeeping. Check out was 10:30 am instead of 12 nooThe bed is very small and difficult to accommodate 2 people as well as very bad bellows

  : Loved the views from the property and had beautiful architecture. In addition the pool and spa were brilliant.
  : The spiral stairs to the roof bed were quite difficult to get up however beautiful design

  : The only positives are pool and location.
  : Starting from receiving the keys and ending with accommodation and breakfast - everything was simply terrible and not worthy of the place and price. First of all we neened to collect a keys from another place than appartment and it was opened only after 16:00. The apartments are beautiful, but were very uncomfortable. We banged our heads the stairs several times until we simply tied a towel around the sharp corners of the steps. You can break your head quite seriously. At first glance, the bed on the second floor looks cool, but it turned out that there is no air conditioner on the top floor and it is unbearably hot upstairs, even the fan does not help. Therefore, if the sun is shining over the day, it is terrible to sleep there in the night. Breakfast was placed at the door - it was impossible to eat except bread, butter and jam. We threw away all our breakfast. Cleaning items are completely missing: floor rags, detergents, kitchen towels, kitchen rags. The child vomited on the floor and was cleaned up with a personal towel. Toilet paper in limited quantities. When we asked to bring us toilet paper and minimal cleaning supplies, we received the answer that they do not provide cleaning services. This means either buy it yourself or live in the dirt. In conclusion - a complete discrepancy between price and quality!

  : The in-room amenities were quite pleasing, especially the television with Netflix and a decent spa area.
  : The requirement to pick up keys at a different location, not at the hotel, was inconvenient. There was a queue of cars at the "office" with no available parking to collect the keys. The apartment provided a whole bunch of various keys, which was extremely uncomfortable. The spa area lacked lockers, the spa hotel room had no slippers, and there was nowhere to purchase them. The hotel staff only spoke Polish. Our apartment only had a sofa bed, no proper bed, and the space was very cramped. Another drawback was the narrow parking. Upon check-out at 10:30, keys had to be returned to the same inconvenient location, and we received calls about the keys as early as 10:38. There was no mountain view as one might expect. The service did not match the price at all.Additionally, a deposit (500 PLN) was taken which is to be returned within 7 days, an unclear and unusual practice for us.
