  : Breakfast was nice, with several options for both sweet and savoury food. Personnel was super nice and accommodating, the only reason I'd not give a higher rating would be because a couple of them didn't speak English. While I understand I'm in a foreign country, Polish is not a common language and only spoken in that country. Regardless, this was not an impediment to be treated very well, they would just fetch someone that did speak English :) It's a small city so location was ok, while it's not "in the center", it's walking distance to pretty much everywhere.
  : The hotel is very dated. While it has its charms, the rooms could use a lift up, particularly the beds. This was definitely the biggest issue I had. I slept in a single bed and it was incredibly uncomfortable considering it's a hotel and I booked it pretty much for this purpose. The decor and setup of the rooms are from the 80s. The place has no AC but to be fair is a cold part of the country and I went there in August.

  : -No room service other than toilet paper and towel change, regardless of length of your stay, which means room will get messy quite quick, they dont even clean up bathroom!!! Not even toiletries are provided for every day, in a hotel!-Paid extra for better room, got a room looking at the street, with occassional street noises and no view, while our friends cheaper room on a higher floor had balcony and mointain view-People keep their motorcycles on the street side right under the windows, some of them would keep their bikes running for good 10 minutes in the morning leading to air and sound pollution in our room. Theres no AC so the windows were kept open most of the time-Staff and guests smoking near the main entrance to the hotel, thus some smell gets into the room-No side tables at either sides of the bed, tho there are electricity outlets. For what?! How am I supposed to charge my devices, by hanging them by charging cables?-Theres only one mirror and its bathroom only-TV is at odd, non comfy angle to view-Poor pressure in shower-Towel dryer doesnt work, its cold and seems to work only during heating season-No AC in rooms-No place to put soap by the sink, i.e. no soap holder -Theres only one tiny trash bin in bathroom, none in the room-Tiny refridgerator overheats due to it being tucked away in a tiny cabinet under the table-Tho we knew it, total lack of plant based protein at included breakfast
