  : The apartment was stunning from the outside and could have been indoors
  : The apartment was impossible to find. Keys had to be picked up elsewhere- also difficult to findWe had to beg for toilet rolls for 3 days when I threatened to use towels and then got someThe kitchen is poor with no toaster, tea towel and a 10x10cm cloth onlyThe curtain rail fell off the wall, the drawer front fell off and it was impossible to openThere is 1 wardrobe and 2 sets of drawers onlyIn the main bedroom we had to use cushions at the windows to keep it private as the curtains did not shut properly. The windows over the bed had a light outside which shon straight into our eyes in the bed. The breakfast was delivered, with no indication of what ingredients were for allergy sufferers like myself. It was left outside the door, in a hot hallway, at anytime between 7-10 am. Not good for perishables. On sending messages to the property I would receive very sarcastic replies. I couldnt find the hairdryer and they were quite rude saying I should have looked properly! It was in a cupboard- which did not look like a cupboard, it looked like boarding in. Extremely overpriced for the cheap furniture and facilities. This cost almost 1000 for 6 nights.

  : The property was very clean and modern with plenty of storage space. Comfortable beds and great value for money.

  : Great location, close to the center. Beautiful view from the balcony. The interior looks nice.
  : The reception area is located 200 meters away from the apartments. There is a broken mattress that needs to be replaced, and the interior furniture is in poor condition. It is difficult to find the entrance if you arrived by car because there is no sign that indicates it is Vip Apartamenty Folk Residence. From a distance, everything looks beautiful, but upon closer inspection, wear and tear is noticeable (faucets in the bathroom are wobbly, the shower is old, drawers in the kitchen are difficult to open). No shampoo. There are stains on the towels. There are candlesticks, but no candles. There is a coffee machine and filters, but no coffee for brewing (there is instant coffee). At night, a huge lantern shines through the window, the curtain doesnt help, the light still falls directly on the bed.

  : Great location, lovely property
  : I had booked a 1 bedroom property with a sofa bed in the bedroom as well as a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed wasnt in the bedroom, it was in the living room with the other one. This didnt suit our needs as we were travelling with our 13 yr old daughter and another adult. Which was why we booked this accommodation layout. We had to move the furniture around to accommodate our needs. The floor was dirty we had to sweep it and there was rubbish in the wardrobe

  : Nice modern apartment, everything we could need. Nice and warm and room to dry wet clothes. About a 20 min walk into zakopane centre but we had a car so always drove. Never had a problem parking vehicle.
  : Could have been a little cleaner
