  : The apartment is spacious enough for 2 couples or a family. Easy walking distance to the centre, shops, restaurants, nightclubs, aquapark, and some other attractions. We had the breakfast included, which was great, although possibly not to everyone's taste. The apartment was very clean, and they provided all essential utilities, including vacuum, iron & ironing board, and even a washing machine, which we found very useful, and couple mean taking less clothes.Although I had previously read some people having issues, when we arrived, we found our shower drainage was blocked. However, we reported it, and the maintenance guy fixed it later that day, so overall it wasn't an issue.
  : One thing to highlight is that the location is opposite the main fire station. Although it didn't really affect our stay, it is worth noting, as one bedroom is at the front, opposite the station. The only other thing is regarding the pool, sauna, etc; yes, the facilities were great, and we did get to enjoy them. However, I would highlight it isn't big, and you'll find later in the evening, say from around 5pm, it is usually packed. The only area that wasn't was the steam room, which we enjoyed.

  : Location was good, in the city center nearby the train station. 10 min walk from main street of Zakopane. Good bed.
  : No toilet paper, no sponge, no sink in the "kitchen" (if we can call that a kitchen). The flat is empty, you have to buy everything on your own. The residence is noisy, you can hear all the doors and people talking. Do not expect to take profit of the SPA, it is a small basin full of kids. And you cannot lock your things, lockers are without keys.

  : No airflow in bedroom, very squeaky floorboards, poor shower and no lift - long, windy staircase to third floor.
