  : Location is acceptable. City center is 15 min walk.
  : The hotel was okish. There are no facilities for entertainment, relaxation. Staff was kind of rude. They probably got this from the owner, who was very rude. We're not going back, that's for sure. I think, for what you get, is quite overpriced.

  : - no towels replacement during 3 nights of stay. We let the towels on the floor every day for replacement, we found the same towels hanging on the towels support after returning to the room. Towels were more beige than white - balcony door couldnt be closed properly, we couldnt rest properly because it was a continuous noise coming from the street where cars where crossing by- we asked for double bed, we received 1 bed but with 2 mattress, big space between them - We selected on booking to pay on property, when we arrived and the receptionist told us that we cant pay because its already paid. They charged from my credit card, but on booking reservation it was crystal clear that we asked to pay on property. They told me that its a miss understanding between them and booking, but they charged 11.05% more via credit card, some kind of commission ( nobody explained us what was that ) - they have a small parking place- at check in they asked us to pay the city tax. We asked to pay it by card, they denied it. Weve been told to pay cash. We didnt received any receipt for those money .- we asked before we arrived at the hotel for parking reservation but weve been told that we dont have place to park on site, but its a parking place 100 m far away from hotel. It was 500 m in real. When we arrived and tried to asked them help for find a parking place, nobody lead us. - in one day of stay, my wife enter in the parking place in order to get my daughter in the bed because she was sleeping, the receptionist yelled at her to get out the parking place, even she was carrying my sleeping daughter and there were free parking slots at that time - On the breakfast kids didnt eat anything and they took out of the restaurant 1 mini croissant => the stuff charged us for 1 extra breakfast because of that

  : Just ideal for our ski trip. Rooms as expected, comfy, clean, showers were great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast selection!!

  : Great location, hotel was spotlessly clean. Room was quite large & comfortable. Good value for money. Breakfast was ok, mostly cold stuff, and quite bland & repetitive, hot breakfast was available but you have to keep asking the waiters for it. Nutella pancakes were lovely. Car parking price quite reasonable, although lack of parking spaces.
  : The staff were not very polite, they dont make you feel welcome. Bath towels are not changed everyday, they change them every 3 days so dont expect clean towels everyday. Also on arrival you get complimentary tea & coffee, but then they wont give you more coffee in your room for another 3 days, tea but not coffee, as you are not allowed it. Also when leaving the property you will get charged city tax, even though all charges /taxes are supposed to be included in your price you pay for the room. And they want you to pay this in cash when you leave. No entertainment in the hotel at all, so not much going on there. Parking is also very limited, so make sure you reserve in advance.
