  : Rooms are lovely and clean with really nice decor. If you have a balcony its a great for families as you can connect the rooms and balcony. The staff were really nice and helpful and the breakfast was superb. Very traditional and delicious food and eggs and omelets are made to order if one desires.
  : The jacuzzi area could be bigger as its a smaller hotel there is only one sauna and a 6 man hot tub. If the hotel is full then I can see this being an issue but to be honest we didn't encounter any busy periods.

  : Breakfast was good and the location is close to some good restaurants, there is a popular with good food like 5 min from the hotel.
  : Staff named Jacob is awful! When we get to the hotel, I had the worst reception I have ever had in my entire life. The receptionist treated me like nothing. Reception Staff team is horrible, but hotel is good

  : + Jackuzzi on the room+ really big and comfortable room + shower for two persons - two showers in one place - great idea
  : - some problem with AC - every few hours really steong smell from cigarettes comes out from AirCondition - even when it was turned off- the hotel tells 5 stars, but cleaning lady comes only to throw away the garbage, not more, second day after we have told the reception, also a bit tide the bed not more :-( in every other 5* hotels we experienced much more.- the hotel tried to charged us for parking, even when we parked at the public road at the opposite side of the street. We have parkend in front od the hotel just for ten minutes for load the car. They tried to charge us for four days- hotel is told to be pet-friendly, but there is no chance to have a breakfest with your dog beside you, not even on reception! There are signs that you should not be with your dog in restaurant, I am ok with that, but 3 tables are in reception area (3 stairs up from restaurant and separated by the walls from the restaurant - even there no chance with the dog (we got little Chihuahua and he always sits in his baby-carriage silently) photo in attachment.- little problem with bar tenders, they dont know how to do the drinks and also with the paper it didnt works the drinks was not good- Dont know why this hotel has 5 stars smth. between 3 and 4 stars - for these money better to search another hotel

  : The staff were just rude and also do not ask for a cocktail.. bar staff made it from a sheet and I seemed like her first time.. half a glass and terrible taste
