  : The property was not well maintained.uneven floors,bottom stair cracked.Bedroom and bathroom doors with holes in them.One bathroom door with a severe crack just tapped up with black tape.Backdoor and emergency exit had no handle and therefore was unusable,and had a hole in it.Hot tub went green and smelly after one use

  : Beds were comfy
  : Property was on the small side when it's advertised for 6 adults. There were only 5 of us but one of our group had to sit on a bean bag on the floor when we were all in the living room together, as there just wasn't enough space to sit down comfortably. We could only manage to have 4 max in the hot tub too at one time as there wasn't enough room, which was a shame as there were 5 of us. The shower was leaking and needed plumbing attention as water cascaded through the ceiling into the kitchen. We raised during our stay, and they sent a plumber, but it required work so told not to use the shower, not ideal. There was a lot of dusty/dirty areas which had obviously been missed by the cleaners for a long period of time, not what you'd expect in terms of cleanliness. Again, we did raise and provided evidence of the areas in question so they could be picked up with the cleaners but not what you'd expect for the price paid.
