  : The house was in a good location and the beds were very very comfy.
  : I think it is easiest to list the problems with not much detail. The hot tub turned green while we stayed, after the first night. The house requires some TLC - several of the doors do not shut, their is mould/damp spots around the house, the shower does not drain properly so you stand in a pool of water, the trim around the skirting board is falling off of the wall, the radiators are broken, the toilet seats are not secure so they slip when you sit down, the kitchen is small for how many people the house accommodate but it is workable, although the freezer draws do not open/close properly and are cracked. The main table had a weird sticky feel to it. there was a lot of dust around the place and I got the feeling that we were the first guests of the year. The rug in the living room is covered in stains and looks filthy. That is everything I can remember, but every room you go in needs work doing to it. For the price paid, and the description being 'boutique lets', I was underwhelmed and dissapointed.

  : Large and facilities good, liked how cleaning products were left, always back tea coffee washing up liquids etc but it was all provided which was a nice touch.
  : Toilet seat was broken and loose in main bathroom, radiator side broken in landing, some of radiators didnt work and no hot water in kitchen unless used the boiling water tap which was difficult to work. There was also a bag with towels sat in the downstairs hallway we had to step over.

  : Catered for our needs, clean with comfortable beds
  : In the description it stated free parking when this wasnt the case. A parking permit was supplied but was out of date so we couldnt use. Dropping shopping and bags off was made difficult due to this.

  : The sofa bed was far too small for adults and as the property was booked for 10 adults it was not ideal. 1 adult had to sleep on the living room sofa as a result. It should be listed as a bed for children not adults or 1 adult

  : Great space, perfect for what we wanted. Hot tub was such a bonus!
  : It could have been even better if there was a cloth/ sponge provided so we could wash up properly and wipe down the surfaces. Also the property could have been cleaner when we checked in. The bath and the shower couldnt be used at the same time as one would have cold water.
