  : Excellent location and good facilities within the property itself.
  : The welcome pack had a long list of vaguely threatening donts on the first page. This could have appeared if it had to at the end. The check out email had 8 points of instructions, again, not a nice feeling to it. Additionally, I have never stayed in a property where you have to ask permission to change the heating etc- the whole feel was that we were intruders who had to be told how to behave in a civilised fashion. I have never had this feel from any of the very many properties I have stayed in. I did not feel like a welcome guest.

  : We loved the location, it was perfect for our party of 6 to stay together and explore the city on foot.
  : There was a few niggles with cleaning and service that took the shine off what could have been an all round excellent stay.
