  : Very clean, comfy beds, great location 10 minutes away from the city. A great book/guide for the area and things to do in York was really informative! Would definitely stay here again!
  : Check out was too early, a checkout time of 11am would be much better. There were cigarette butts going up the stairs which made it look dirty.

  : It was a clean and comfortable property
  : There was no TV or Wifi not enough cutlery and the sink plug didnt work which made washing up difficult. Churchills Estate agents who manage the property had to use the WiFi from downstairs owner which we were appreciative of but didnt feel it was fair in her. If it wasnt for her we wouldnt have had any relaxing time in front of the tv. We were told that they would reimburse us for having to use our own mobile data, but because they got the WiFi from another property they wouldnt reimburse us which I find disgusting!! This should all be available from the property we rented from and at 580 for 2 nights we expected better so very unhappy with Churchills attitude towards our stay. The bath also felt unsafe when having a shower which was a bit off putting.

  : The flat was really nicely furnished and it had everything that we needed for our short stay. The place was very clean.
  : It was difficult to find in the dark! Someone who lived nearby helped us out. We didnt realise it had a flight of wrought iron stairs leading up to it which was problematic as we had an elderly relative with us and the temperature was cold and they froze with ice overnight. It was further out from York city centre than we realised but we were able to get a bus into the city.

  : Good amount of space for our family of 4. Good location for us, though it is a bit of a walk into town. Quiet location.
  : The metal steps up were not ideal for children, so had to be taken with care.

  : Beds really comfy property was clean and exactly like pictures, kitchen was lovely
  : Shower was rubbish and had mould along the bath and skid marks in toilet, a few bugs within property too.
