  : Location is excellent.
  : We were told that parking was in bay 23 but there was no mention that the parking was in a garage underneath the apartments. It could have been easy to just mention this. Once we realised that we could access the garage it was easy to find the bay. Also the towel rails were difficult to turn on. We rang the office but no one could explain to us how to set them.

  : Absoloutly beautiful apartment, fab location, nice and quiet,its perfect for a group of up to 4 to enjoy time in York, its literally a stones throw into the center, its on a street full of restaurants, it had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in on my travels! (Master bedroom).. I would definitely return with 2 less people, although parking is tight in the space available, at least it has that option so thats great!
  : We booked as a family of 6 and yes this is doable, however the sofa bed is uncomfortable! And there isn't enough space for 6 to socialise together comfortably!even the table and chairs are only for 4! Only other down point is the toilets have a terrible flush to the point the paper won't even go away, not sure this can be fixed! We loved our stay regardless.

  : Location was perfect and the apartment was as expected and decorated beautifully.
  : We found dirty crockery in the cupboard so was disappointed this hadn't been checked. Early in the morning there was often a lot of noise, which sounded like a bottle delivery. For us, the beds were a little too firm but that's personal preference.

  : The location was exceptional. Quiet, secure, and yet close to all the best eating places, shops and city centre attractions. Delighted that there was a lift, which made things easier for my 88-year old mother. Secure parking was a massive bonus in central York where public car parking is hard to find and very expensive. The apartment is well-laid out with a roomy kitchen and living room. Loved having the balcony for sunny breakfasts.
  : The lack of storage for clothes. It would have been useful if there were bedside tables with drawers in the second bedroom. Also, the slightly eccentric plumbing. The toilet was noisy and hard to flush, and the shower tap was very stiff to operate.

  : Great position. Easy walking distance to all local attractions. Gated community and secure parking.
  : Beds are uncomfortable for us! Both bathroom sinks glazing are badly cracked. Toiletries not refilled, despite assertions that they are. Outside space needs good clean. Washing machine mouldy.

  : Fabulous location with everything we wanted to do within walking distance. Secure parking was such an advantage - especially when so centrally located. Well maintained, clean apartment, with the bonus of basics like milk, tea/coffee (and plenty of toilet roll!) provided.

  : Excellent location in city centre, but back from the road in secure gated courtyard, surprisingly quiet. Grocery store a short walk away, same restaurants and apartment about midway between the York Minster and the Castle museum.
