  : Great location just outside of the city walls. The staff were helpful and responsive. Flat had everything that you need.
  : Bit pricier than I would have expected. It's on the ground floor so it can be loud when people walk by the windows outside. Have to park a few minutes walk away at a cost.

  : The location is close to the city centre, meaning it easy to get to bars and restaurants.
  : Upon arriving at the apartment we started to unpack our things, as we were unpacking we came across some tablets left over from the previous guests. After then looking further there were left over clothing left behind from the previous guests and the curtains were hanging off. I called the number provided to which I was asked to give evidence and an apology was given. The next day I sent across the proof of this was given multiple apologies to which I explained I wanted a refund for the cleaning costs I had paid due to the apartment clearly not being cleaned properly when I got there. The customer service is poor and all they keep stating is that because there was a thorough clean and there are only a few items left behind they cannot issue a refund. If a thorough clean was done then there should be no items left behind in very obvious areas. It is unhygienic and other than an apology we have received no help as we shouldve requested a cleaner to come out on the day we were there even though when I called to advise them of the issues we were having this wasnt an option! Completely unprofessional and not helpful at all! Will never stay nor recommend this company!
