  : The room was more like a bedsit. Complete with fridge/double hotplate and sink in one unit. Which wasn't earthed as I found out later!

  : The only nice thing about the property was the view of next doors garden.
  : This is more HMO than hotel. There is no communal area as advertised as this has also been turned into a multiple occupancy room. Room was tatty with broken unmatching furniture and dusty/dirty. The smell from the mould spores in the bathroom was overpowering with mould on the walls, ceiling and skirting board around the shower. The bin looked to have dried blood on the lid. There was no staff present at the hotel to discuss problems with and after we rang them regarding rowdy guests above us who were partying most of the night our request for help was ignored and we had to deal with the group of men ourselves. Something two females should not have to do. Owners are clearly only interested in money and not customer care.

  : All most everything. The facility is poor, especially theres no heating inside. Its quite noisy and someone was smoking in the building.
