  : Served my purpose - just somewhere to sleep for 2 nights near centre of York.
  : Single rooms are always ridiculously small - I was not disappointed eg couldn't sit straight on the toilet! And there were no tea bags - but not a problem for just two nights.. Price should have included breakfast.

  : The location was good, as we could walk to the city center. The room was clean. Regarding the breakfast, we were thankful for the OJ and fruit and the back bacon and mushrooms were great, as were the butter and jam. In our room, we could not hear the other lodgers. The staff were easy to work with.
  : The shower was very weak in water volume. We had to hold down the toilet flush handle longer than normal for it to fully flush. The breakfast was disappointing, as the beans were out of a can, the toast was white and thin, the egg (and there is only one) was leathery. I realize this is not in your control, but the street is noisy, even late at night.
