  : Location
: We had issues with no hot water in the bathroom , no heat in the lounge, blind not working apparently we shouldve used The out of our emergency number to report it , I did email when the issues came up that was the answer. My answer to that was Swich turnoff, why was it off in the first place , the blind cords are too short to rise the blind , and the heater in the lounge was on but no heat which made the lounge cold . We have no interest in any kind of refund , but to inform yourself about issues as we were offer your property as an alternative due to roomzz having flood problems by booking .com while were travelling to York, and I must point out at additional cost which booking have said they will refund the difference . We did like the location in the centre of York but was disappointed by the issues as the costs was over 215 a night. For 2 night I must also point out that you cant check in till 4pm parking a bit of a walk and if you arrive early you have to carry your luggage with you or waste the day in York and arrive at 4 pm and must check out by 10am , We have stayed in around York at this time of the year for , the last 6 years and this is the first time we have felt strongly enough to report issues with a property. The answer was should have use the emergency number to report it more time wasted on the two day break.

: Unfortunately due to location, we had a fair few fights outside the window due to Yates. It was loud especially the Friday night.

: The location was great for walking to venues. I thought it was very comfortable.
: Parking was difficult. There is nothing close enough to easily bring in your luggage.
