  : Very neatly furbished apartment within easy walking distance of York city and the university. Within 5 min walk of some very nice parks, especially Rowntree Park. Good quality amenities.
  : Couldn't open one of the bedroom windows - no key. Texted the owners, but no reply.

  : Apart from the before mentioned the property was beautifully decorated and furnished. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed two nights of good sleep
  : There was (suspected) damp in the kitchen and bathtoom

  : Location, cleanliness, recently redecorated to good standard, lovely period features retained.
  : Major leak from bathroom which agent let us know about day of check in although it occurred week previous. Damp on kitchen wall and bathroom wall which you could smell in the house, not good when you have 4 month old baby with you! This property should not have been let and should have been fixed beforehand. Cannot believe the propertys agent behaved this way and blamed the builder and Covid for the lack of repair work. Voice mail left by agent Friday before Saturday checkin advising of small issue at property but when tried calling back to find out what the issue was went straight to voicemail 3 times!! The leaking got progressively worse during our stay as the walls were just filling with water / damp appearing. It would have been a lovely property to stay at if not for the leak / damp.

  : Location was good. Straight forward to walk to and the local cafe, Indian and shops were handy and v good. It was tastefully decorated and very clean.
  : I would have liked a cafetiere at the property. Small bins and boxes of tissues on the table in the bedrooms would have been helpful when applying and removing make up since the bathroom is downstairs and at the end of the kitchen.

  : When we arrived there were full bin bags in the garden of rubbish which had not previously been taken away. There was no toilet roll! at all and after a 3 hour journey this was not ideal especially with children. In the kitchen there was very little equipment. Not even a chopping board!
