  : Kitchen equipment minimal. No tea towels provided. No board games or reading material. Not a comfortable room. Dark and cold. Heating not working in second bedroom, which was cold and dark. Beds uncomfortable.

  : The location was very good. Initially the flat looked the part
  : I would have liked a welcome pack.The tap in the kitchen dripped which was annoying.The sofas very uncomfortable One of the electric fans was very wobbly.

  : Lady next door was complaining about us talking to loud and it was only 7.30 at night. No music or any noise was made at night. Was a bit unreasonable.

  : The apartment was mostly quite clean, relatively large and well furnished for a short term rental. TVs in the master and in the living room. Nice couches in the living room. Pix on the walls. Nice dishes in the kitchen. A desk. Table and chairs in the dining area. Everything worked. A quiet spot. Nice little deck overlooking the river, though the river was loaded with Lilly pads or something. Not flowing.
  : One of the twin beds in the second bedroom had moldy sheets. The master bedroom bed was too soft and unsupportive of this heavy old mans back. Airflow in the apartment was a bit of an issue despite relatively cool summer weather. The fans helped, as did keeping the windows open. But more airflow would have made our stay more comfortable.

  : Overall, our stay at the apartment was pleasant. The apartment had many positive aspects, such as its location, amenities, and cleanliness.
  : However, the major downside was the uncomfortable mattress on the king-sized bed, which was full of lumps. Improving the mattress quality would greatly enhance the overall comfort and satisfaction of future guests.

  : There was just one thing when I turned the oven on it kept tripping the breaker so could not use the oven, so was a bit inconvenient.
