  : My room was beautifully decorated and had every facility I love, including lovely fluffy towels, a cosy comfortable & clean bed and lovely quirky decorations. I loved it.The fact that my room was specifically available to have breakfast delivered to my room was perfect and the breakfasts were both delicious & beautifully presented.It was great to be able to pop my heater on when the evening got a little chilly & even the toiletries were luxurious too. I'll be back....
  : Nothing other than I had brought a few dvd's but don't think my bedroom TV had a dvd option.Then again I had the opportunity to watch a fab film on Netflix, something I don't have at home, so it was fine.

  : The breakfast was great and the service was very prompt. The bedrooms were stylishly decorated and the linen and towels were lovely.
  : The room was a bit hot and we couldnt see a source of ventilation as the window didnt open, which we thought would be a real problem in summer.

  : Rum Doodle is perfectly nestled between the old town centre of Bowness-on-Windermere and the lake, both being a 10 minute walk away, making it the perfect base for exploring both sides of this town. The breakfast offered was also really good, and we enjoyed the variety and quality of the food - although slightly shocked at the full English not coming with beans.
  : We stayed in room 7 Constant, and although the room was quite comfortable, the bed and pillows especially, it did not contain all the querky decorations that are depicted on the pictures, and which give this accomodation its own special flare.Most of all, the room fell short because of the bathroom. It is extremely outdated and in dire need of refurbishment. The bathtub had a few surface repairs due to cracks, and unfortunately there was mold on the shower grout, around the shower temperature gauge and door, as well as the ceiling. The extractor fan in the bathroom also made noise when not on, every 15 minutes or so, which often proved tiresome especially during the night.
