: We liked about almost everything. There are lots of possibilities at the Gbels Landhotel, really nice! Well be back for sure!
: Just tiny things like it could be a bit more cosy to add extra to the feel-good factor, some more towels, better possibility to get rid of your waste (lived in an appartment with no cleaning included), but its really nothing thatll keep us from coming back any time.

: The apartment is large and clean. It lays in the middle of Willingen, and has a very central placement. The parking was close,easy and free.
: The apartment is very outdated and old (exept the bathroom). The beds was terrible. Specially the sleeping coach in the livingroom for the kids to lay on. It would not be possible for a child older than 6 to lay on that. A bit noice from the street during night in the weekend, but nothing very disturbing. The wellness area and the pool was enough for our children wich are small, but the images on the website is better than reality. It is very small and old. The pool was not clean either. The children had great fun, though, wich is enough to satisfy me. We would have had a good experience if it wasn`t for the really unpleasant staff. When we arrived I asked in the reception if breakfast was included, they checked my booking, and confirmed that it was. The morning after we went to have breakfast at and after we had finished, they came and told us it was not included and that we had to pay 12 euro for the children over 4 and 19 euro per adult. I thought this was unfair, because they had told us it was included. The staff did not listen and was very unpleasant. They did not give us any explanation other than we should have known that we did not have breakfast included. I asked if we at least could agree on a discount, as we had not eaten even close to this amount (my son had half a breadroll with nutella), but the woman in the reception just said that they run a hotel and they wanted to make money. I ended up having to pay, but this will definitly keep me from staying at any of the Goebbels hotels again. I think it is very, very unsatisfacting that a service business blame the customer for their mistake.
