  : Location was just great, room was very clean (bathroom was super clean). People at the reception desk very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good specially the fact that up until the breakfast end time there were still plenty of everything. Restaurant was also good. dinner menu was a little bit limited but enough to try different meals for a couple of nights. Swimming pool was very pleasant, and easily accessible. The parking of the Hotel is also very convenient. On both side of the hotel building you have two parking area's which are both conveniently accessible from within the Hotel and there are enough places available. Last but not least, Hotel lobby is cozy and decorated nicely.
  : Since I liked this Hotel very much, I would like to give the Hotel a constructive Feedback: some of the towels are very much used and old. Perhaps they need to be replaced with new ones. Also, we stayed 4 nights and used many towels, I found in two of the towels some stains which probably couldn't be washed away! (perhaps they make good candidate for those towels which need be replaced with new ones).

  : please note that the hotel is not located in Please note that the hotel is NOT located in Villingen, but in Willingen that is about 500km up north. I had missed this point when I ordered, realized it only on my date of arrival, on my way to the hotel. Had to cancel 4 rooms at the last min, and re-book another hotel in Villingen. Asked management for some consideration, and for at least partial refund, but they refused

  : Nice staff, croatian (and hungarian), loved them!Somewhat open to motorcyclists (depended on the personell). We did get to park the motorcycle in their garage. "Nur fr motorrder" is where you park it.
  : Pool was cold. We tried to change our reservation - was met with a barage of "No can do" and "Have no idea".Ended up leaving paying for a night we didn't use.But the real dealbreaker was the SPA - It didn't deliver even close to our expectations.The TV (though advertised as having both german and english channels, had but one channel in english (CNN)..... Not what we where hoping for. And no solution for i.e. Chromecast.
