  : The house is very nice and has all the amenities you could need! Beds are comfortable and it does sleep up to 8 people.Location is convenient to interstate and all the area has to offer.
  : The only downside to this property and the reason I marked off for location is due to the train track right outside the house with trains active all night long. We had a terrible time getting to sleep and staying asleep due to it. The nature of our visit was to volunteer all weekend (interpreting) at the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum for Deaf Days. So unfortunately, the lack of much needed sleep was a major factor for us. .

  : The house was clean an newly remodeled, which was very nice. Appreciated having the washer and dryer in the home and 2 separate bathrooms was great! The kitchen was stocked well with all that we needed.
  : The queen bed in the bunk room should really be a king - there is space for it in there. The front queen room had sheets that were too small for the bed - probably double or single sheets - that made sleeping with two for my parents a little uncomfortable.

  : The location was very easy to find and just a few minutes from the Ark encounter. Very quiet neighborhood, nice to sleep in. Beds were very comfortable though not really big enough for larger persons. Washer and dryer were excellent addition because we didn't want to bring alot of cloths. Kitchen set up was nice, loved the stove and how well it cooked. Cut down on our expenses alot. Well worth the cost. Excellent instructions for entry and leaving facility. Tv and selections were excellent. I didnt find the guest book. Great place to stay for elders and couples.
  : Dish towels would be nice, floors were a bit dirty but we managed. Bigger bed in main bedroom would be nice for those who are taller and a bit more round...lolCouch seating ( long one) was not comfortable at all. Might want to either repair or replace. Tub was a bit slippery for older peeps, might get some slip proof ducks...or chickens I'd definitely give those a 10!

  : couch was broken, light outside continued to go in and off all night keeping us from getting good sleep.

  : Property well done and well maintained. CLEAN.
  : Our son and his wife stayed in the first bedroom. Room rather small- really no place to put luggage. Bed was too soft for their taste. My son kept stubbing his toe on the bed post right in front of the bedroom door because the bed was so close to the door. This room was also warmer than the rest of the house. In the larger room, we kept stubbing our toe on the bed frame because of the metal frame on the floor. However, our bed was very comfortable. Sofa needs to be replaced- it feels like you are sliding into the floor.

  : The place was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very communicative via text & email.
  : Code for entry didn't work. That needs to be fixed and the wifi password needs to be posted. In my opinion it should be in the instruction book on premises too. Good news is that staff worked these bugs out quickly.Suggestion, motion sensitive porch light so guests arriving at night can see to use the key pad or if needed, the lock box.Overall I enjoyed the stay... the faceless team saved it.

  : The floors seemed to be dirty. I go barefoot and the floors seem to have a lot of grit on them.

  : Quiet, out of the city mainstream. Fast response when door code didn't work.
  : Needed more blankets available, mouse droppings on lower cupboards. No critters observe.
