  : Room was very clean. Pet friendly.
  : A couple of issues. Nothing major at all. The front door of the hotel room had a gap, like it had been previously kicked in. Either I was using the shower wrong, the room next to us was showering at the exact time or what, but very little hot water. The main thing that irritated me though..and again it's minor but hotel is "pet friendly". We booked online, nowhere did it say there was an additional pet fee. Nowhere to register your pets. We were in town for an event for our pets. Upon check in, was charged an additional $22 for the pet fee. So with the cost of the room, the pet fee, and that I accidently booked it 30 minutes from our event. The price of $178 just wasn't worth it.We didn't try breakfast, we woke up too late. It would have been nice if breakfast was offered past 9. It's not a bad place at all, it worked, it did the job.

  : It is a very basic hotel, we understood that before we arrived. So, nothing surprised us. The room, bed and bathroom were clean. The style of the room was very much like retro early 70s, I thought if they really pushed that theme, colourful contrasting paints and wallpaper, 60s-70s decoration, we would have been delighted.It was extremely hot weather, their air conditioning although a little noisy on full was well appreciated, later I was able to turn it down and it was much quieter. The breakfast was very basic and exactly what we expected, but nothing to complain about at all.At 3.00am in the morning I needed a bottle of cold water, the night receptionist was very helpful with her instructions on how to use the vending machine, because being pretty tired, I was struggling to see how it worked.It is very well positioned for a visit to the Ark Encounter. I wouldn't call it a family hotel.
  : Nothing really to complain about, but do not expect to use the pool, which we didn't intend to do, so it wasn't really a negative for us.

  : You need more curb appeal. It looks good inside, but needs more curb appeal on the exterior.
