  : Very close to Busch Gardens. Reasonable price for a decent hotel room.
  : Property was undergoing extensive renovation during our stay. The water was shut off for over five hours due to repairs. Our room was clean but features were older and in need of updating. WiFi connectivity was spotty.

  : I was upset because we had to be outside til 8pm cause it wasn't no water and I didn't know they were renovating and no pool. I had a better visit last time

  : The only thing I enjoyed about the hotel was the location. My family came there to go to Busch Gardens and Water Country and both are extremely close to the hotel.
  : A lot of things. To start the list my room (429) was not clean when we checked in and my families room which was right next door (427) was not clean and a lot of things were either broken or didn’t work. For example the lock was broken, the TV did not work. For the 3 days while we were there no one once came to the room to see if we needed anything and while going down the hallway there was shaving cream all over the wall by the elevator that I cleaned myself after seeing it there for multiple days. When we booked the room which was less than 30 days before arriving we were told the pool was functioning but when we arrived the entire hotel was under renovations and because of the renovations everything was closed including the pool. The hot breakfast was okay each morning but the cereal was completely stale as if it has been sitting there since the hotel opened.

  : great location for busch gardens goers and friendly staff
  : cleanliness of rooms, there was mold on the shower curtain and stains on the walls. also there was no overhead light and the toilet flusher was stuck and i almost couldn’t flush the toilet.

  : Very well located with a nice staff. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked well.
  : Breakfast is horrible—save yourself and don’t bother. The bathroom is very dated and dingy.
