  : We were there the weekend of the worldwide cyber problem. 'the computer system was down and the staff could not make room cards. Every time someone checked in, or returned to their room the staff had to walk them to their room to let them in. The staff did this with complaining and kept a positive attitude about the situation. They never made us feel as if we were an inconvenience to them. The breakfast was good.
  : Although the system problem occurred (which was not their fault), we spent a lot of time at their sister hotel, the Doubletree. The Doubletree was able to make room cards for their guest, which made us feel that Hampton Inn's computer system may be outdated.

  : The location is convenient, close to town but not in it. Most employees were rather friendly. I was greeted each time I walked in the door. The bed linens, towels, and such were plentiful and decent quality. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast has nice variety. I like that personal hygiene items are provided, even though I didn’t need them.
  : The beds. They are stiff and so uncomfortable the pillows are like a down alternative or something, but they start really fluffy but there is nothing much to it. They go flat with any pressure.
