  : The location was good for our purposes; the front desk staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was OK.
  : Sad to say, however, so much was wrong all we could do was shake our heads: (1) there were NO towels so we had to go to reception to get them ourselves; (2) there was no linen for the trundle/pullout bed so once again had to go to front desk to get for ourselves; (3) the refrigerator did not work (but it was fixed the second day); (4) we had to catch a COCKROACH crawling across the chair near where my grandson slept; (5) there was NO bath gel in the shower and despite our complaint, the container was never replaced (the front staff did give us lots of little bottles to use); (6) the TV in the bedroom did not work...just kept "loading"; (7) the pool, which the children were looking forward to using, had no water in it! Lastly (8) even the switch for the main light in the entry did not work. As long-standing Marriott Bonvoy members, we expected much better.

  : A good place to stay . The staff was very professional and friendly.
  : I was extremely disappointed that the hot tub was out of order because that is a very big part of our relaxation. Also the television constantly froze and went in and out.
