  : I liked the jacuzzi tub and the pools the activities
  : I did not like the fact that I booked a room with a kitchen to cook but was given a room with no kitchen to cook and the attitude from the staff not wanting to switch my room to give me what I paid for. The blame was booking.com and I should’ve called before booking the room to ask what came in the kitchen first and booking.com was false advertising is what the staff told me. I asked for a manager which he did switch my room and honor my wishes. The bathrooms could’ve been cleaner hair and soap scum was on the doors. The patio had alcohol bottles left on it.

  : Door key system was awful. Keys kept loosing info even after we made sure to keep them away from our cell phones. I had to go back for recoding our keys 3 times in 3 days. Very annoying!
