  : The suites were large and good for families. The kitchenette was a nice feature. The beds were comfortable. The main bathroom was huge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect.
  : This is an older hotel/timeshare. It could use some updating.

  : The apartment was great. Excellent facilities, spotlessly clean and very spacious. Very quiet on an evening.
  : We were disappointed to find out that the pool was closed despite the weather being very warm.

  : We were extremely disappointed with the customer service at Patriots Inn. We had requested a late check-in, but never received a response from them (in spite of having called more than ten times, emailed and messaged them), and nothing was done to accommodate our request - while we were informed that such requests are regularly honored for other guests. As a result, we were not able to enter the property upon arrival, and therefore had to book a different hotel last minute. Patriots Inn refused to give us a refund, in spite of acknowledging that we had indeed informed them before arriving and that they had failed to respond to us. We were very disappointed with the service and cannot recommend this place to others.

  : The bed was uncomfortable. Seemed like a very inexpensive mattress and squeaked (closer to a squishy sound). The pillows were not firm and flattened.

  : The room was very elegant for the price. Its always nice to have kitchen options, table to sit at and of course a separate bedroom from your living room. The room was clean, very quiet. The location was super close to everything and the best breakfast place right next door
  : The towels were torn and very cheap. The bed was definitely on the uncomfortable side of hotels Ive been at. For us, sleep was just rough. For such a nice room some decent towels would have been nice

  : The room was fantastic! Really good for our family of 3, 2 adults and a 2 year old. Not too much for the toddler to get into so we didn't have to constantly be telling him no. Full kitchen with updated appliances and counter tops, full range and oven, medium sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, nice deep sink, microwave, even included a blender. 2 full baths, one in the bedroom. Bedroom and living room/kitchen separated by door.TV in both bedroom and living roomNice full size dining table with seating for 4.Excellent location close to restaurants (Fat Tuna across the street was phenomenal) and some touristy shopping (Christmas Mouse and an old fashioned general store down the street), as well as Busch Gardens about 15min away.Overall we'd probably stay again, especially at the price we got, but might wait until they replace the mattress
  : Only two issues we had - 1) The bed is _terrible_, extremely uncomfortable and the springs are _SO_ loud! Woke our toddler up (who asleep in the bedroom in his travel crib) every we shifted.2) Similarly the door to the bedroom was also so so loud and woke our toddler up when we went in
