  : Room could have been a bit cleaner but windows where open to let some air in and dirt came in through windows

  : I didn't realise how many steps there was up to the front door of the property. As I struggle with steps this would be the only reason we would not return here. The staff were polite and accommodating. Rooms were clean and stocked with various teas and coffees had biscuits and fudge . The bedding and pillows were clean and comfortable.The room was small but we only returned to sleep and didn't spend any amount of time there so it served it's purpose.The parking was abit dicey especially getting bags down steps if I had been on my own I would have really struggled this was my only issue.
  : The steps from the car park to the Grove if I had been on my own I would have really struggled. Also the amout of steps up to the front door of the property. I understand that this is the only way in and out and is where the propert is built but for me this would be the only reason I wouldn't recommend if you struggle with knee or hip issues like me.

  : Bed was super comfy had a fab nights sleep. Really central for getting around. Loved the fresh milk and use of the fridge and the selection of teas and coffees.
  : The room was a little chilly to start of with as we couldnt get the radiator on and it could have been a bit larger as the room was a decent size.

  : Comfort of the room, breakfast excellent, and the hospitality of the hosts was above & beyond.The Railway Station and Whitby Centre just a short walk away.Highly recommend.

  : Was very clean & comfortable.Excellent freshly cooked breakfast with plenty of choice.Shortish walk to the harbour.Parking at back of premises which is a bonus in Whitby.
  : Nothing for us to dislike. But if you were unsteady on your feet the many steps would be a challenge.
