  : Great location almost slap bang in the middle of Whitby. There was parking at the accommodation which was a real plus. We didn't actually move our car once between arrival and departure as the location was so central and there is so much to do in Whitby there was no need. Also, 2 lots of outside space which is also an added bonus.

  : Location excellent for exploring Whitby. Nice, well-presented house. (A mirror wouldve been useful in the single bedroom overlooking the front.)
  : Parking in front of the property was only for a tiny car and street parking there makes manoeuvering into the space extremely difficult. As the spaces were constantly filled, it is not predictably possible to be able to use the scratch cards provided for street parking. The only feasible real solution is to use the expensive council car park next door.

  : Just a few little maintenance jobs could be done. Plug socket behind microwave was coming away from wall. Showers in both en suite rooms could be cleaned better as black mold forming.

  : Fantastic central location which is far enough away from the bars, so didn't hear any noise.Lovely property, tastefully decorated and dog-friendly.Great bath towels!The owners have thought of everything you might need for a home from home.
  : En suite shower on ground floor needs new hose and showerhead as it's leaking badly, so unusable. Oven needed a deep clean, as did ground floor and first floor patio furniture, otherwise everything spotless. Found this surprising as the property has a property manager/maid service. Would have texted them on our return, but forgot to take a note of their number.Clothes horse needs replaced - only had 3 legs .That being said, none of the above would put me off rebooking as we really enjoyed our stay.

  : Nothing not to like, parking not always possible but it's centre of a town. Had one 4 day pass but was there a week but easy to park up top near Whale bones for free in Winter

  : This property is excellent value for money. It is not huge, but it accommodated two couples very well. There are two large double rooms, both ensuite, one on the top floor, the second on the ground floor alongside two single bedrooms; there are of a decent size and easily suitable for a single adult. The lounge diner, on the middle floor is a reasonable size, and the kitchen has everything that you need. There is an outside garden off the ground floor double; and a good size terrace off the kitchen. The property has a private parking space, but this is only really suitable for a small car as access is challenging given the on-street residents' parking opposite. The place was nicely clean on arrival with decent bedding and good towels. The location is excellent, just at the top of the old-town, close to the shops, bars and restaurants. That said, there is absolutely no noise. The property is accessible by road, even with a large car. It is next to a small long stay carpark which offers decent rates (8/day in Feb 2024) - the car park gets full on busy days though.
  : As already mentioned, the allocated parking spot is tight. If I'm being really fussy, the carpets could do with a deep clean and there was a little too much furniture in the lounge. Other than those rather picky things, everything else was good.
