  : I was more than pleased with our Harbour view room , very spacious , big bed , extra pillows and a fab bathroom.I also left behind my earrings , and after ringing the next day , the hoover was emptied to retrieve them !
  : The only snag was we didn"t catch a wink sleep ! It was not other residents as I had worried about , the hotel was very quiet , it was the gulls outside and on the roof , they never shut up all night and yes I was aware its on a harbour but crikey it was constant all night long .

  : Lots of steps Hard to get lift as maids were usingArrived 1.15 pm Booked 2 roomsAsked if one was ready to put in thingsTold if we paid £20 extra they could of had it readyWe travelled from leeds with 2 grandchildren children 4 and 6The lady on reception wasn't very nice in trying to even ask if one of the rooms were ready Tried a few times politely asking if she could at least ask so we could of got the little ones ready for the beach To no responseI'll ring you when readyShe rang at 1.45 after we set off leaving belongings in a hallway she told us to leave things as the carpark is a long walk from this hotel so we had unloaded luggage Rooms ready phonecall !!!!!!Seemed strange they had them both ready in the 20 minutes that we had just left thereSo we had to make our way back....To our rooms that to be fair were ready probably when we arrived at 1.15The lady that came on after her was very kind and accomadating in helping us with any thing we needed SHAME ALL STAFF CANT BE THE SAME AND APPRECIATE ITS PART OF THERE JOB TO HELP ARRIVING CUSTOMERS
