  : Easy access, straight in, no waiting around
  : The pillows were very flat, and all the same so couldnt swap. Use to a bigger bed but knew it was only a double before we booked so was prepared, a king size quilt on the bed would have been an improvement though.

  : Good layout, great location.
  : Mis-advertised. Says bedroom 1 has a double & a single bed, bedroom 2 with two singles. But bedroom 1 has only a double.had to sleep with my mate who snored in my ear. Not great! Rang the letting company & they advised we but a blow up mattress & keep the receipt. What a joke!!

  : Magnificent views. Great location. Unexpected goodies (sliced loaf, fruit loaf left for guests). Large useful hallway. Great living area and kitchen. Two good bathrooms.
  : Carparking ..... same all over Whitby, especially when busy. Access at 4.00, and having to leave at 10.00 ..... loses you best part of a day (?) Was expecting a map of "W" free carparking, but there wasn't one. Small TV in main bedroom had no remote (?) Extractor probably needs looking at in main bathroom, and grill wasn't working (not a big deal for us).
