  : He brought us a large fan and chilled sodas. Location good, near the beaches. Parking space clearly marked.
  : Dirty, strong smells of fragrance throughout entire room. Had to wipe down bathroom, kitchen and other surfaces with my own disinfectant wipes, in trying to remove the scent and the wipes had visible dirt on them. Restless nights sleep due to the smell. Chose to discontinue our trip, move out a day early and go home. Building so old, window and doors difficult to open and close. Remedy was to leave signs. Paid extra for early arrival. Room was not ready, verbal confusion about which room we were actually supposed for be in. Manager gave double-talk excuses and spoke negatively about third-party booking agent, Booking. Com. Extremely mentally distressing. Covid19 masking none to half covered. The fun and relaxation we were seeking, as suggested by our physicians, for our first outing since the start of the Pandemic was pretty much ruined before even actually getting in the room. Day prior received email confirmation, but it was listed as a single rather than the paid for double. Required me calling him two times, met with excuses, double-talk and confusing phone exchanges. Received notification of the early arrival fee refund, that I insisted on, the next day, after we got home. N
