  : The condominium staff themselves seem to be unreasonable when it comes to natural disasters. The wildfires in Oregon made us evacuate, but when we called to reschedule or cancel the condominiums were not willing to refund. We ended up going just so we didn't eat almost $800. This was not a Booking.com policy. The facility was nice, but not sure I would stay again just because of the unwillingness to refund when our family was already facing super stressful times.

  : I had a death in my family and I forgot that I booked a room. I was in such a state of grief it totally left my mind that I even had that trip planned. I asked for a refund and was told flat out no way. I find this in human. I'm just a person trying to get through a very hard time with a limited income. That trip was supposed to be for me and my son.
