  : Room was nice, quite, clean, I found a small bug on the top bed comforter when I was leaving, I reported it to the front desk and they thanked me and said they would have it taken care of right away.
  : I was very unhappy, it was noted this hotel had FREE Internet, it had NONE. My husband is in JFK Medical Hospital, I needed to speak to his nurses and Doctors as he had a double bypass heart surgery & 3 more surgeries last week, I couldnt call anyone.

  : Brand new - it was new and modern. Prefer bathrooms now without shower curtains and this one had was a modern shower with a glass sliding door. We got a ‘suite’ and it was a good size for the 4 nights we stayed - bathroom was a good size as well as the room. And Breakfast was decent. Husband loved the waffles Staff was very nice and friendly. No issues there.
  : My only challenge was the floor of our shower. It just didn’t seem to look clean from the time we checked in. I mentioned it to front desk and showed pics. They seemed to try and address but I think it’s the type of material that was used to build the shower that it makes it hard to get white again. Not sure. But the rest of our room was clean. No other issues.
