  : I booked a two bedroom suite in advance on the 16th and I came on the 23rd and when I got here I was informed that the two bedroom suite was not available and there was nothing they could do because it was booked by a third party. It took us 2 and a half hours to get here in the car with children for them to not have the room available that I paid for.

  : My stay at this hotel was very bad. The receptionist (SHAKIRA) was an absolute disaster. From the moment we entered, it was clear that she was not in her right mind. She was yelling at us, acting erratically, this is the first time we've seen a receptionist this bad, we were respectful with them and we didn't do anything wrong ..We booked two suite rooms together and asked to be on the same floor, but SHAKIRA didn't bother to listen. From the very beginning she threw our main cards at us without thinking. Then she threw the signature paper at us without respect. We tried to remain polite, but her behavior was absolutely unacceptable. I have treated my family with disrespect. Shakira is disrespectful and rude in her dealings with us.The hotel itself was a disaster. The whole place smelled bad, the rooms were dirty , the worst hotel experience I've ever had. It was very terrible and I advise everyone not to stay in this hotel. This place is a complete nightmare. I do not advise people to stay in this hotel.. I advise the owner of this hotel to fire the employee SHAKIRA because she is disrespectful in her dealings, disrespectful to people, and defames the name of the hotel. This category, which harms the reputation of the hotel, must be eliminated. I am demanding the hotel owner to check the camera and voice so that he is sure of my words .. It was a bad stay for my family.. I will never be silent.. I will file a complaint against the employee SHAKIRA and against the hotel and I will post more details about this bad hotel on all social media so that I can get an apology from her to my family and also to get a refund for the amount I paid for my very bad stay.
