Disappointing

  : Conveniently located and nice apartment
  : AWFUL service. The most cumbersome check-in process and a non responsive team. Their number does not work and had to wait for hours in the building for someone to help me do the check-in process and be able to enter the building despite my several calls and messages through booking app. Once I paid, they stopped being responsive and did not reply or proactively found ways to make the initial bad situation more bearable.

  : The whole place was not clean. You have to do your own self check in. Very confusing checking in. There is no front desk to help you.
  : Everything was very confusing and they charge you a cleaning fee and they do not come and clean every day.

  : when we got to the property their was nowhere to park, someone parked in the stall I was given. When we got to the room it wasn’t even clean. they’re dishes everywhere is albums of the glass things and it was just it was 30 the kitchen is not clean the floors were clean we went into the bedroom there’s only one pet I supposed to go to bed because it won’t turn on and they had store button is 130 but close to hang your clothes on in the closet holes in the wall the fixtures for even download been working on this and then he Henry paying cash or I didn’t get a receipt and he won’t even let me put any of it on a credit card and now he wants to charge me more than not even we wait the room I got was the key for room he wouldn’t give me a ring in a room with these aren’t the videos that furniture is disgusting it’s all ripped out they say leisure the patio is ridiculous there’s no patio and like I said I needed to bed with a TV in the bedroom that’s what I booked it for them this is the worst place ever want to do you not go here do not go here is a fraud I got scammed and I’m really really pissed I’m so angry and sad, ruined our vacation.

  : Would not recommend. The location that’s listed on the booking ad is not the location of the room you’ll be getting. they send you a random address to somewhere else in LA. I didn’t get the address to where I’d be staying until the day of. Customer service was horrible. the number listed doesn’t really work and they don’t always answer. just as some of the other reviews said, i got a message saying my room wasn’t available so they upgraded me to a bigger room for the same price. Once I got to the actual location we have to wait 30 minutes for some guy to get there to give us the key and let us in. Firstly, his credit card machine did not work. I had to cashapp the money which is pretty sketchy. After that he didn’t even know what parking number was ours. We waited another 30 minutes White the guy said he’ll try to figure out where we can park. I finally called the number again and the man says “it’s either 18 or 20” he didn’t even know what number it was. Then he said “it’s most likely 20” we park at spot 20 and wake up the next morning with a warning on our car that we were in the wrong spot. We had to speak with the parking office and they told us spot 20 was for some other person. They gave us an Eastown parking pass but the next day they deactivated our key fob. We ended up paying $25 for parking for 2 nights. The parking office told us that they never heard of Los Angeles Rentals and they should not be renting out their space. Overall the stay was very sketchy, unorganized, and very expensive. Would not recommend at all.

  : Only got access details to the property 1 hour before! Had flown from London to LA not knowing if the property was secured for us. Only stayed for 2 nights and am now in Santa Maria (180 miles away) and staff still saying I need to be at the premises to make payment via card reader, despite the fact that my credit card has already been debited with the full amount. Woeful service, planning and organisation.
