  : Sparse room. No kettle. No view. Tiny. Bare minimums of soap. No shampoo or conditioner. No coffee facilities and expensive as is the area no hangers old and out dated

  : This was very good, right behind the station and next to the cable car, in the very center of town Pizzas are very good :)
  : When we arrived at the hotel, the lady while we were checking in was not warm and friendly...I have to describe her well, she had glasses and was irritable, I think she was tired of her workload, but this cannot be an excuse because tourists who come to be alone with nature for a few days want to see friendly employees first of all.

  : The location is very near to Lauterbrunnen train station, room was good with a balcony and very beautiful view of the place. Breakfast was very good, staffs are pleasant and helpful
  : When you enter the facility and just in front of our room, they have ski shoes stored which gives awful dirty smell. Carpet is very old and need a change

  : Absolutely lovely traditional feel accommodation. We wanted somewhere that had swiss character & charm & that's what we got. Breakfast was great each day. Plenty of options. Very convenient location that's basically facing the train station, so it's very easy to catch all your trains to where you need to go.
  : Being from Australia, we're used to reverse cycle air conditioning, but we found where we stayed in Switzerland there's only heating - no cooling options. The cooling option is to open the windows/doors to let a breeze in. This is fine, however, due to the hotels location, we either had to choose to close the room up (to avoid early start consistent train station noise & traffic noise), but then be in a stuffy room ,or, have windows & doors open, but then hear all the train station/traffic noise from daybreak onwards. It would have been nice to be able to close windows & doors to minimise traffic noise, but still have a cooling option. My Husband is 6'3 & the length of the 2 single bed framed beds in there made it hard for him to have a comfortable sleep.

  : Great location ! Decent breakfast !
  : No elevator! The room had the basic amenities and nothing more! The bathroom is small and does not have shelves to put toiletries on so not very functional. Only two thimblefuls of shampoo were provided for two adults for two nights. The pillows were comforters rolled up and stuffed in a pillow case ! Ive never seen that before !
