  : Nature of Lauterbrunnen is amazing. We tried to keep focus on it.
  : We booked "Standard Triple studio" for one night. To start, it appeared !!not Hotel Oberland!! ,but a room in the dilapidated and non-operational Hotel Crystal located across the street from Hotel Oberland. On the check- in the name of appartment became "Crystal studio". Unfortunately, this critical information was not disclosed during the booking process. Getting to our room was a bit of a mission. We had to navigate to a back entrance and move a construction barrier just to get there. And when we finally made it inside, the state of the place was pretty disappointing. The room was filthy, with cobwebs in every corner and a thick layer of dust everywhere. Entering the bathroom you had to watch your step because the floor was so uneven you felt like you were about to fall over. Very poor facilities,the soap dispenser was not working properly. Double bed has no link to comfort at all. The only thing that was supposed to make up for it was the view, but even that was ruined by the sight and aroma of a neighboring house's TOI toilet right in front of the terrace. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
