  : We stayed at this location last year and LOVED it! Not this time around.
  : As soon as you enter the hallway, you are hit with the unmistakable stench of a dirty carpet, reminiscent of unwashed laundry.The valet service was abysmal. Despite the attendants being polite, we had to call for our car nearly 30 minutes in advance to ensure it would be ready in time. Given the exorbitant fees and the excellent service we experienced last year, this was particularly aggravating.The water pressure in our room was dreadful and accompanied by a foul odor, akin to sewage.Our room was missing a remote control, and we were instructed to come down and retrieve one ourselves.The staff’s demeanor was markedly less friendly and helpful than we remembered. One young lady’s attitude was so off-putting that I felt compelled to speak to a manager.We have to travel to Baltimore every July for work, and this location had been ideal for us. Regrettably, we will not be returning. We even invited friends this time, and they concurred—it was not worth the price.

  : Booked a reservation for brunch for Perch about a month before my check in for my wife’s birthday(which she was excited for). Only to be told a couple days prior to check in that our reservation was canceled. No solution was offered and it was very disappointing. We want to come back but that definitely left a sour taste for us

  : the room location and the bathroom door didn’t work causing my bathroom to be wet.. and the customer service wasn’t welcoming

  : The location.
  : I paid for a room with a king bed. But the room I was given a queen. I told the front desk and she said it was a king. I measured the bed and it was a queen size. The bed was dirty. The mandatory velvet is $50 and they are the worst. I had to stop my car in the middle of the street and get out and ask the valet for instructions. No one offered me a luggage cart to unload my bags..

  : It’s a fairly new building so it modern and clean
  : It’s in a poor location not a safe area close to Audi stadium, hotel restaurant isn’t open all day makes it hard to just go and eat when you would like… roof top bar closes early plus they hold events in both bars for private parties which are very loud … a fight which resulted in police being called and blood all over a elevator… staff on the reception were nice but very clueless on what to advise on or what was actually going on…main restaurant staff very rude told us to go else where they closed at 9:30am for breakfast whilst the time stated 10am then it closed then opened at 1pm for lunch and 5pm for dinner not very well organized or ran… Maids were very nice and efficient… only validated parking which is $55 per night and off premises
