  : There was no breakfast at this location. We were upgraded to a two-bedroom, two-bath suite which was very comfortable, although the mattress in the master suite could have been a bit better. We did not use the other bedroom. The location was great, a short walk to the White House, a bit longer to the Washington Monument.
  : Our first impression was not good, colored by the rudeness of the young man (Myron) at the reception. desk. We had arrived early, and he would not interact with us because he "was on break." He disappeared into the back and did not return for at least half an hour, and was not very helpful when he finally came back. Fortunately he was replaced by Sadie, who was very nice and helpful in getting us into our room. All the other concierge staffers were pleasant and helpful.

  : The location was great. It was near the DC attractions and good restaurants. The rooftop view was fantastic.

  : The location was fantastic!! Everything we wanted to see was walking distance. The view from the rooftop was great at night.
  : There was some water damage in the master bedrooms bathroom above the shower. A few light bulbs were burned out. It was a nice spot, but those details detracted from a wonderful experience. The check in was late, we showed up at 4:12 and were told the keys weren't available yet, so I was a little nervous. Luckily they arrived at 4:15.

  : The apartment conditions were not the best. The kitchen cabinets were falling apart and there was a very low water pressure in the showers.

  : Beds were really uncomfortable and for 140 dollar cleaning fee there was a list of duties. Isn't that what the cleaning fee is for. And I tried to get help with parking and didnt get a response

  : I liked the location and I thought that it was a good price until I saw that an additional $75 was added.
  : The beds were uncomfortable. Couldn’t get the TV to work, even after following the written instructions and it was hard to get an answer on the phone before we arrived to find out about where to park. Also, the two bedrooms differed in temperature by 20 degrees even though both thermostats were set the same.
