  : I liked the fact that I found another appartement.
  : I came to Warsaw at 4pm and I booked this apartment. 15 minutes later the manager called me and told that my card didnt work. So I tried to pay on their website but they just dont have the payment system there. I called them back, after 15 minutes of waiting on the phone, the girl who picked up the phone told me that it was my problem that the card didnt work (I know they did it on purpose because my card was ok), she offered me to make a bank transfer, after 1 hour of waiting they sent me an email with their IBAN, I called them to ask the total amount and after 20 minutes of waiting on the phone they said it was 99. Just like on booking. I paid and sent them the confirmation... after 30 minutes of waiting for the info to finally check in, they didnt answer. I spent 20 minutes of waiting on the phone and the manager told me that they didnt want to pay the bank commission and I should send them another 11.....Then they couldnt confirm my payment for another 30 minutes. I called them AGAIN AND AGAIN to beg to check the email, to check my payment confirmation, but it was still impossible to check in because I needed to fill some registration form online, then finally one manager filled in some registration form for me(because the link didnt work from my phone), she sent me the instructions.... I could not find the appartement! Nobody around knew where it was, I asked people in the street!! It was 4pm and the google map didnt show where exactly the flat is, no number on the building, nothing. I called booking, they helped me to find it, but then THE CODE OF THE DOOR DIDNT WORK. I felt so bad and so cold, having spent 5 hours on the cold street, I just wished Ive never booked it, NEVER chose it.. they sent me another code in one hour... I was about to cry, really. They just dont care about their guests.. They dont meet the guests, they hold you for hours on the phone...Its horrible, never book it !

  : The wifi stopped working twice while we were there. The first time approximately 24 hours, the second time overnight. It appears the subscription/bill was not renewed after a preset allocated usage.
