  : The property is good.
  : I didn't get any directions or instruction how to get the keys! When I arrived I opened the app they emailed me and it has nothing, no code for the lobby and no code for the safe. I tried to get the security but he wasn't there, then I had to call the customer services which told me "call security" but no security was present and she could not tell me how to enter the lobby, she only knew the code for the safe. So I had to wait for someone to open the lobby for me. Then after 20-30 minutes the security arrived, I told him the need to take the key for my flat, where is the safe and he was really rude and didn't want to help, just point some other direction of other safes, not the flat's safe. He saw me looking in the wrong direction and said nothing until I asked him few more times and then he told me where is the safe. This young security guy should not work there and his behavior is unacceptable! I overall spent a hour in order to enter, and the only luck I had is that I had data plan on my cellphone and I could use skype to call the customer service, which gave me the safe code. Being unable to enter the flat is something UNACCEPTABLE. work on your instructions, and make it clear how to enter it!

  : location and kitchen and there is a corner shop on the building good for mothers!
  : when we arrived there were no one we arrived at 17:30 and we stayed around 20 min waiting outside in the cold. The studio is not an 1 bedroom apartment we were 4 people and was a bit uncomfortable for us to sleep. i would go there back again just with my husband and son!

  : Great location right across from shopping centre and all the public transport links. Comfy beds, spotlessly clean and great contact with the owners. Pelna para bistro along the road is a must!! Curtains aren't blackout, which i didn't mind as it wakes you up in the morning.

  : on entering the room there was a foul stale smell. also the washing machine stunk. we pointed this out to the management who immediately responded & provided a plug in air freshener & some washing machine cleaning tabs. neither really worked to be honest. we did ask to change rooms but were ignored! the room was quite clean overall - no complaints. but just a very odd smell.
