  : They block some money just to be sure that we wont destroy the apartment but whereas they told us that the money wold be refunded in 7 days, today have passed 15 days and the money still have not been refunded ...

  : the only good thing was the location, 5 minute walk from the central station
  : the room was not very clean to begin with, the floor was dusty and we couldn't walk barefooted. the toilet looked clean but had a slight unpleasant smell. the shower had a 2 shower heads, one was not working. it was also blocked and because of the way it was built there was nowhere for the water to go so we ended up with a flooded bathroom, the water went under the door and got to the bedroom right opposite the toilet and soaked some of our luggage. we called reception and they said they couldnt do anything until 8 oclock the next morning which meant half of us couldnt take a shower until the next day after a very long journey from krakow. the next day we called them a few times and they didnt pick up, we had to go to their office and complain in person and then they said they would send someone at 16.00 in the afternoon. we said that we wouldnt be at the apartment at 16.00 and they didnt have any spare keys to give to the plumber, so we left our own keys and were told that they would be left at a safe place next to the door. we went to the apartment at 17.00 but the plumber hadnt been yet and we had no way to get in we called a few times and no answer once again. finally, the picked up the phone and said the plumber would be there in 10 minutes. when he came he unblocked the shower but there was a horrible smell and they didnt even send someone to clean. so we were left with a horrible smell for the next few days and wet towels on the floor as we had to clean the flooded water in the first place. as if that was not enough, the iron had a broken nose to it which we didnt notice and it ripped one of our shirts, and the final problem... the hairdryer was not working properly, you had to hold it at an angle in order to work. i do not recommend this place!

  : old furniture, rusty bathroom cabinet if you open it falls, sofa full of stains, broken towels, bad smell, dirty windows, old and broken chairs, lack of toilet paper. old sheets and stains. lack of disinfectant, I do not recommend.
