  : I made a booking and should admit that the rate was nonrefundable. Just several hours after the apartment was booked, I had to cancel it due to unexpected and rather unpleasant for me circumstances! I immediately tried to reach someone at the apartment (via booking.com, via mobile phone they gave me for check in)! Nobody answered! Just 1 hour prior to my CANCELLED check-in they phoned me to ask at what time exactly Im planning to arrive. I explained everything and was told (and also got an email from them) that they will be able to return me the money is the apartment will be rented out again for these dates! And it was occupied by someone else cause wasnt anymore available for my dates on booking.comSo Im waiting for my money for a week already, but nobody even answers on my emails!!! Be careful with them!

  : The property is located right next to the Xmas markets. Theres also landmark buildings leading to the property: Prisidential Palace, Warsaw University, Cathedrals, etc. This street is richly decorated for Xmas which attracts tourists from all over the world. The kitchen is well- equipped for cooking. The beds are very comfortable and the living room is very cozy. Its a beautiful apartment.
  : The bathroom smells like sewer. This is evident from the moment we entered the apartment. We opened one window in the living room to air it out which helped.

  : Hello, we are disapointed in your service and your apertament.First of all we were waiting for the person that suposed to show us the apartament and give us the key for 15 minutes (after the agreed hour of our arrevial) then she finally came and her keys were wrong we were waitkng for more that 25 minutes until she finally opened the door. She didnt get into the flat and didnt show us anithing she just went away.Secondly we discovered that our windows in the kitchen abd the bedroom are closed deu to repairs of the building. We cannot open them, you dont hVe air conditioner here so we cant breathe comfortly. Also the smell jn the bathroom is awful it is impossible to stay there more than fi e minutes.I want solution to all the problems i mentionted *immediatly*!!If yoh cannot solve this problems give us another appartament. We paid for comfortable staying in comfortable apartament like in your booking page

  : Good location, and secure
  : The Flat is at 3rd floor, and no elevator, for access to many gates. In sufficient kitchen equipments, even glases. Only one wine glass ! There was a small mirror in the bathroom and no mirror for dressing. Bahroom was not hygenic, shower bain was mossy.Totally, this flat may be great if they take into considerations my comments.Towels and linens were nice clean.
