  : 1. **Unpleasant Smell in Stairwell**: The first thing that greeted us was the smell of vomit in the stairwell, not a good start. 2. **Parking Issue**: The listing stated free parking, but it's actually city parking that costs 5 zloty/hour except from 8 PM to 8 AM. 3. **No Mini-Fridge**: Contrary to the listing, there was no mini-fridge in the apartment. 4. **Cigarette Smell**: The apartment had a pervasive cigarette odor in all fabrics, making sleep uncomfortable even with the window open all day.5. **Other Issues**: Exposed electrical wiring and intermittent Wi-Fi added to the list of inconveniences.#### Inconsistency in Listing:6. **Misleading Description**: The listing mentioned it was an "entire place," but it was actually just a room with a bathroom in a shared apartment.   : I have now called booking.com eight times. On Friday, November 10th, I reserved President Apartments by Warsaw Residence Group. When I arrived at the apartment, the hotel was a sex hotel for hourly rentals to be used for sex. Review the photos below, one round bed. No table, no chair, no place for clothing I contacted Booking.com and was told to make a new booking and not to worry, I would receive a full refund. I made a new reservation. The representative laughed when he saw the photos of the room and said that the photos were NOT like the photos online at booking.com. I have now called eight times to receive my full refund. I have been with booking.com since 2012, have made hundreds of bookings, and have never complained before.
