  : I am not satisfied with this service The price is very high comparing with the room conditionsThe room is very bad 1. It is not clean and it smells very bad ( like burned oil) , they did not prepared well for the guests 2. The salon bed is broken and you can't make it as sofa and not comfortable and bellows and the towels are not clean ( I washed them myself ) 3. Lights are very low 4. No lock for the batheroom door 5. The internet is very bad and it is disconnected from while to while6. All kitchen stuff are dirty and not clean7. They took 400zl as insurance , it doesn't worth at all I booked for 3 nights but I could not stay longer , I checked out in the 2nd dayI am waiting for the insurance refund - if they cut it I will never trust booking anymore..I lost 732 pln I felt this is the first time Booking.com cheating me.I don't recommend

  : Property management was incredidibly rude and very unprofessional, I was not able to contact them because they were not available in the number provided and I had to spend the first night in a hotel even if I paid the deposit when arrived to the property due to a delay in the flight to Warsaw. What would happen in case of a serious emergency? The directions to get to the apartment were very misleading, it would be great to have a picture of the entrance very clear.
